Impeccable Closets did an outstanding job on 2 walk-in closets, a pantry and custom bookshelves for my in-law’s apartment when they moved into a retirement community to be near us. These projects contributed greatly to their happiness in their new location.

Our new home required custom solutions for 4 walk-in closets, a larger pantry, and five smaller closets. Carol and the team did an excellent job from start to finish. We highly recommend them!

A friend simply showed me her new closets by "Impeccable" and I was sold after interviewing other closet companies. Carol, the Owner, was lovely to deal with, realized my specific needs and implementing them even to saving cost on the finished product. Installation was completed by two very prompt, knowledgeable, accomplished installers who were delightful and never ceased working to complete 3 closets in a day!
Finished product is one which I am exceedingly proud to show off....while no Kardashion I needed order and design which were delivered on time and painlessly. "Impeccable Closets"......

Our new closets are BEAUTIFUL! We went with white shelving and gold handles and love it! The experience all around was very professional. Carol and the builders went above and beyond for us. We weren’t home for some of the build and we felt very comfortable and trusted the builders. Would highly recommend!

Impeccable closets did an amazing job designing and installing our closet organizers! I now have so much more usable space in the closets. The installers were professional, came on time, and left no messes. I would highly recommend them.

We worked with Leah to create our dream closet and it was such an enjoyable experience. She was so easy to work with and super flexible. She worked around our busy schedules as well as all the sub contractors we had coming in and out of the house. Highly recommend this company!

Totally delighted with Carol and her company. She designed a well thought-out and space-optimized walk-in closet, had it built in a day and a half, and the result was fantastic. Price was fair for the high level of both material and installation quality. 100% recommend, couldn't be happier.

Carol was AMAZING!! Clear, concise, knowledgeable and passionate about her work. My closets look incredible.
My only issue was that there seemed to be a lot of drill holes and patching that left my newly painted walls a mess. Installers could do a better job of patching and sanding to make post touch up paint easier for the customer.even better, not make so many holes to begin with.
But, the final product looks great.!

I'm so glad you like your closets! I loved working with you and Michael to design custom closets that are perfect for you.I understand how seeing the patches over the holes in your walls can be a shock. Those all resulted from removing the existing shelves. No new holes were created by our installers. They do a great job of patching, so it just takes a few swipes with a paint brush to cover them. Like you, I wish all builders gave customers the option of skipping the wire shelves entirely. It’s better for everyone, including them!Matt L.

Thank you, Leah and Carol, for such an amazing job on the primary closet! This is not our first home working with Carol and her company. Leah was an extremely professional salesperson and approached the process 100% with the customer in mind. In the brief twenty-minute consultation, Leah was able to capture the practical design we were looking for and complete her measurements. She listened to everything I said and came back to me the next morning with a great design, with technical pdf printouts / measurements, priced at a fair market rate. This approach was appreciated vs. that of the competitors who wanted to sit at the house for an hour, prepare the design (on paper), walk through it, and hard-sell us. Leah promised execution within two weeks and delivered! I highly recommend Leah and Carol for your next closet customization project! We will be sure to call on them for our next project.
