“I called Impeccable on the drive home literally minutes after closing on our new house here in NC. Brian answered, and we scheduled an appointment for him to come out and measure and give us a quote. He was prompt, courteous, and worked up the designs for BOTH Master closets while we chatted at the dining room table discussing options. My wife came home right before he finished the design, just in time for the $ quote. I watched her carefully when he said the number, and she didn’t flinch. That meant she was happy with the cost. I wrote him a check for the deposit. According to her, she expected it to cost double what he quoted us. Brian explained the process to me, and scheduled an installation date. During the entire process, he sent me updates like” The order has been placed”. “The order has shipped/arrived”. “Can we come out early to start the installation?” Excellent communication from start to finish. Brian and one of his crew gutted the old closets and put in the new in a day and a half. My wife’s closet went from less than 15’ of hanging bars to 80’ of hanging bars. Cubbies for 28 pairs of shoes (it was supposed to be for 56 pairs, but I wanted more hanging bars). There are shelves all around the bottom for shoes, and space under the bottom shelves for more shoes. There is now 40’ of usable shelving on top. My closet went from 8’ of hanging bars to 17 1/2 feet, lots of usable shelving on top, shoe shelves on the bottom, and even shelves for t-shirts and such. I made a couple of changes mid-installation, and they did them with a smile. Luckily, they had the shelving and bars to do so, We are incredibly happy with the quality and speed of work. Highly recommended!”
